BMTC Time Schedule for Student Bus Pass Issue for 2015-16

BMTC will commence the issual of Students concessional pass for the year 2015-16 on a staggered time table to facilitate smooth and hazzle free issue of passes to the student community.

The category wise pass issue time table is as below:

Category of pass	Date of commencing the pass issue
Primary, Secondary and High school	From 6 th of June 2015

These passes will be issued at 40 pass counters spread across the city as listed below. The counters will function from 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs on all working days and remain close on Sundays & General Holidays. (Passes for Primary, Secondary and High school will be issued on 07.06.2015 even being Sunday).

BMTC started issuing of PUC Student concessional pass from 10.06.2015

BMTC has started issuing the issual of PUC Student concessional pass on 10.06.2015

These passes will be issued at 40 pass counters spread across the city. The counters will function from 0800 hrs to 1700 hrs on all working days and remain close on Sundays & General Holidays.

Revised Application forms for issue of Student concessional passes are made available free of cost at all pass counter Bus Stations and copies of the application forms can be downloaded from BMTC website (www.mybmtc.com) .

The following documents shall be submitted along with the application form without fail.

·        Original fee receipt for the current academic year

·        ID card issued by Colleges.

·        Two passport size recent photos of the applicant

·        The prescribed pass fee.

·        Copy of the Aadhar Card ( If available please enclose)

*Note: Applications Submitted in the old format are not accepted. Hence Student are requested to fill the required details in the new format of the application form.
